ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WAIVER

The undersigned acknowledges that he will be participating in the Congregation Bnai Yeshurun Men’s Club Hike (the “CBY MC Hike”). The undersigned further acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the CBY MC Hike, including, without limitation, possible injuries that could occur while participating in the CBY MC Hike. The undersigned hereby releases and hereby indemnifies, defends and holds Congregation Bnai Yeshurun and the Congregation Bnai Yeshurun Men’s Club and their respective officers, directors, members and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions and damages that the undersigned may sustain as a result of the undersigned’s participation in the CBY MC Hike.
