CBY Teaneck Park Litter Pickup

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WAIVER
The undersigned acknowledges that he/she and/or his or her child(ren) will be participating in the Congregation Bnai Yeshurun Litter Pickup outdoors in Teaneck, NJ 07666 (the “CBY Litter Pickup”) and has submitted or is submitting concurrently the registration form for the CBY Litter Pickup.  The undersigned on behalf of himself, herself and family members further acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with their child’s or children’s participation in the CBY Litter Pickup, including, without limitation, possible injuries that could occur while participating in the CBY Litter Pickup.  The undersigned further acknowledges the continued presence of the COVID-19 pandemic (the “Pandemic”) and assumes all risk associated with the Pandemic, including, without limitation, the possible dissemination of the Pandemic from other children participating in the CBY Litter Pickup, from group leaders of the CBY Litter Pickup and from other parents.  The undersigned hereby releases Congregation Bnai Yeshurun and its officers, directors, members and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions and damages that the undersigned or any of the undersigned family members may sustain as a result of the undersigned’s and his/her child’s or children’s participation in the CBY Litter Pickup.
