The David Frohlich z"l Youth Departmet  is excited to invite all families to a Purim Night
Mask-uerade Ball!  Dance with family and friends to the music of our Silent DJ,
enjoy carnival games, and pick up some treats to-go, all under the stars on Jefferson Street.

I would like to pre-purchase admission or sponsor* this year's Purim Chagiga,
on Thursday night, February 25, 2021 for one of the following categories:
 
Shushan Sponsor $360
Esther Sponsor $250
Mordechai Sponsor $100
Family Admission $30
*sponsorship includes family admission
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WAIVER
The undersigned acknowledges that he/she and his or her child(ren) will be participating in the Congregation Bnai Yeshurun Purim Chagiga outdoors at 641 West Englewood Avenue, Teaneck, NJ 07666 (the “Purim Chagiga”) and has submitted or is submitting concurrently the registration form for the Purim Chagiga.  The undersigned on behalf of himself, herself and family members further acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with their participation in the Purim Chagiga, including, without limitation, possible injuries that could occur while participating in the Purim Chagiga.  The undersigned further acknowledges the continued presence of the COVID-19 pandemic (the “Pandemic”) and assumes all risk associated with the Pandemic, including, without limitation, the possible dissemination of the Pandemic from others participating in the Purim Chagiga.  The undersigned hereby releases Congregation Bnai Yeshurun and its officers, directors, members and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions and damages that the undersigned or any of the undersigned family members may sustain as a result of the undersigned’s participation in the Purim Chagiga.
